Lemon Beebalm, Horsemint (Monarda citriodora cerv.) - Perennial, herbacous, ornamental medicinal and culinary herb, used for its highly lemon-like scented and flavoued leaves and flowers. Fresh and dried leaves and flowers are very popular to be used as tea, providing very nice fragrance and special flavour. It can as well be used for flavouring meat, fish dishes, salads etc. Highly aromatic flowers attracts bees and butterflies. Grows best in full sun or partial shade, well moist, fertile soil. Easy and fast growing, it doesn't require any special care. Grows up to 60cm (23.6in) tall.
